Company Profile

Bexar CV provides primary source verification of credentials data that meets Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) for health care entities.  Data is collected, verified, stored, maintained, and delivered with an electronically completed entity specific application.  The application and verification data can then be paired, thereby speeding the credentialing process for both medical professionals and health care systems.

Bexar CV is owned and operated by the Bexar County Medical Society.

Bexar CV can do verifications according to NCQA* or JCAHO* guidelines, and has provided many years of credentialing experience in hospital, managed care and centralized credentialing environment.

*The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), located in Washington, D.C., is an independent, non-profit organization that certifies verification organization and accredits managed care organizations.  The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) is an independent, not-for-profit organization, and is the nation's predominant standards-setting and accrediting body in health care.
